What is climate control? Do I need it?
Climate control is a feature we offer to protect your delicate items from the harmful effects of the weather and humidity. These spaces are all located indoors, providing another layer of security and maintaining a constant temperature throughout the year. This feature prevents the build-up of moisture, which causes swelling and warping in wood furniture and mildew on books, documents, and clothing. You can store just about anything in one of these units, but ask our team if they are right for your needs. We’ll set you up with one!

When can I access my unit?
You can get to your outdoor unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing you to visit whenever it is convenient for you. Our indoor units are also accessible seven days a week. Access hours are the same as office hours.
  • Monday - Friday 10:00 - 6:00
  • Saturday 10:00 - 4:30
  • Sunday 10:00 - 2:00

How can I pay my bill?
We accept all major forms of payment, including cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and money orders. You can also sign up for our online bill pay option.

When are your office hours?
We aim to be as available as possible, making our customer service the best it can be. Our office opens everyday at 10:00 am and you can always reach us by calling (208) 746-4406. There’s always someone around when you need it most, including weekends!

Do you have parking for my vehicle?
We do! Many of our units are large enough to accommodate your boat, trailer, RV, van, or other fleet vehicles. These spaces are all located in the outdoor portion of property, making them accessible 24 hours a day all week long. Reserve your space today!
